My Summer Fitness Plan

……..I’m Stephanie.
That was me in November at the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One. The second part will be coming out (44 days!) soon. My goal is to be one size lower by July 15 (the premiere date) and a second size lower on August 12th, when I move back to school to start my training as an RA for the year. These next two months, I plan on blogging often about how I’m losing the weight, what exercise techniques I’m using, what I’m eating, etc. in hopes that it will help to motivate me to lose the weight. Let me be clear now. I am not doing this just to look cute. I am 5’8 and currently weigh 174 pounds. My calculated BMI says that I am overweight. I want to be down to a healthy weight before I go back to school so it will be easier to manage what I’m already doing instead of completely starting over. I hope I can inspire some of you to get active and healthy. I won’t lie and say that looks don’t matter at all to me, because they do, but if my main focus were to look a certain size, I would never stop. I am in no way a professional and I will never tell you that you have to do this or that to lose weight. I’m not even sure if my plan will work. I’m just using different resources that I have and we’ll see how it goes from there. Care to join me on this journey?
